Return/Refund and Cancellation policy

Requesting a Return/Refund or Exchange:

If you want to return a product you bought from Xotic Essentials (UDYAM-UP-50-0147127) within 48 hours of delivery, go to "My Account – My Orders" and request a return. Make sure to include an unboxing video and pictures with the label on the box clearly visible. Without these, the return request will not be accepted.

Checking and Approving:

Xotic Essentials will review your request within 24 hours and let you know if it's approved. If your order has passed the return window (i.e., more than 48 hours since delivery), you won't be able to return it.

Getting the Product Picked Up:

Once approved, Xotic Essentials will arrange to pick up the product from your home. Please be ready for the pickup. The stipulated time limit for the completion of the reverse pick-up process is 15 working days from the date of initiation of the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during this period. However, it is noted that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the designated timeframe may vary.

Checking the Product:

After pickup, Xotic Essentials will check the product within 7 working days (processing time). We will inform you if everything is okay. If it is, you'll receive store credit or a refund back to the original payment method within 3-4 working days after processing time.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement:

To initiate any return or refund request, you must submit an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the product. This video should clearly show the product's condition upon arrival.

  • Time-Sensitive Concerns:

    Any concerns or issues must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery. After this period, no returns or refunds will be processed.


  • No Exceptions Without an Unboxing Video:

    Refunds will not be issued without the submission of a valid unboxing video within the stated time frame.
